The business activities undertaken by the Tokio Marine Group depend upon the support it has gained from customers, agents, local communities and other stakeholders. In the belief that contributing to local communities and societies worldwide as a good corporate citizen is an important mission, the Group supports its employees‘ voluntary participation in activities focused on "the protection of the global environment," "safety and security“ and "the growth of young people."
At each of the Group member companies located worldwide, a wide variety of activities that contribute to local communities and societies are being implemented by taking local features into account. Each Group member company further promotes such social contribution activities through the enhancement of volunteer leave, matching-gift and other support systems as well as the deepening of partnerships with regional nonprofit organizations.
The Tokio Marine Group will promote these initiatives from belief that the continuation of such activities is essential for realizing a sustainable society.
