An equity alliance between Tokio Marine Holdings and Samuel Co., Ltd., which operates elderly care homes under the Hyldemoer brand, led to the February 2006 inception of this company.

Combining Nursing Care with Fulfillment

Tokio Marine Nichido Samuel operates Hyldemoer senior residences with nursing care. These facilities provide seniors with a home where they can enjoy a full life while having access to the care they require. By providing this model for senior living, we want to play a part in creating a society where people can enjoy their golden years. As of July 1, 2009, there were 11 Hyldemoer residences (total of 505 rooms) in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Kyoto and Nagano. Plans call for opening more of these facilities in the coming years.
