Tokio Marine Property Investment Management, Inc. was established in February 2003, spun off from the real estate asset management division of Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire.
The Real Estate Value Creator
Our main business is a real estate asset management business. We establish and manage real estate investment funds to institutional investors and pension funds. We also provide a real estate solutions business, such as making proposals for the effective utilization of clients' underutilized real estates. Through providing unique investment opportunities and variety of solutions based on our expertise, we will contribute to the invigoration of the real estate and real estate finance markets in Japan.
